At Nethroo Eye Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy explains how we can help.


1. Returns

     

      • You may return items within 7 days from the delivery date.

      • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

      • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following cannot be returned or refunded:

       

        • Prescription lenses made specifically for you

        • Gift cards

        • Contact lenses that have been opened

        • Personalized or custom-made items

        • Perishable items (e.g., eye drops, solutions)


      3. Refunds

         

          • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

          • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

          • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


        4. Exchanges

        If you need the same product in a different size, color, or prescription, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


        5. Damaged or Defective Items

        If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [support@nethrooeyecare.com] with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


        6. Return Shipping

           

            • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

            • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
