1. Returns

- You may return items within 7 days from the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

- Prescription lenses made specifically for you

- Gift cards

- Contact lenses that have been opened

- Personalized or custom-made items

- Perishable items (e.g., eye drops, solutions)
3. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

- Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you need the same product in a different size, color, or prescription, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
